Residential building at 12-14 Vrail Street, Sofia
Location: the administrative address of the residential building planned for construction is Sofia, Nadezhda 3 residential district, 12-14 Vrail street. A quiet and peaceful street on the second line of Lomsko Shose, a 5-minute walk from the Beli Dunav metro station.
The area has everything you need to lead a normal lifestyle – nearby are: kindergartens, schools, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The building has a modern architectural vision, and when designing, ensuring functionality and comfort for residents is the main goal.
The residential building is designed on six residential floors, in which the following types of apartments are designed:
One-room, one-bedroom apartments (two-room) and two-bedroom apartments (three-room). In each of the three-room apartments, at least two bathrooms are provided.
On the ground floor, commercial premises and garages are provided. In the basement of the building, a large and functional underground parking lot has been designed, with the possibility of parking 30 cars. The underground parking lot will have a stamped concrete floor with ventilation implemented according to the project.
The construction of the building is monolithic-reinforced concrete, beamless. The external and internal (distribution) walls will be made of bricks – WIENERBERGER Austria, characterized by a high coefficient of thermal conductivity.
The thermal insulation system of the building will be implemented with a BAUMIT thermal insulation package, 7 cm thick. together with all putty mixtures and mineral silicone plaster. The building’s joinery is planned to be 5-chamber, VEKA Germany profile in color according to the project.
The window sills will be filled with marbleized Vratsa limestone, and the building’s railings – tempered glass in color.
The building will have luxuriously finished common areas (stairs and fronts) of natural stone, decorative plaster in the corridors, exterior doors – blended, soundproof and heat-insulated, with a cash lock.
A concierge is provided, equipped with video surveillance outlets.
The elevator that will be installed is one of the best in Europe – ORONA Spain, silent and highly energy efficient.
The building will be heated and with a fully built installation. Electrical and plumbing installations will be implemented according to the project. The facade lighting of the building conveys additional charm and comfort for the users.
The walls and ceilings of the apartments will be filled with machine-made lime-cement plaster BAUMIT, finely puttied with satin type gypsum and painted with interior paint LICATA Italy.
The construction company offers 100% completion of the finishing works with materials selected by the client.
The contractor guarantees strict compliance with all warranty and non-warranty periods in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act.
