We present to your attention our new residential building project, located in the city of Varna at 6-6A Polkovnik Sveshtarov Street, in the ideal center of our Sea Capital.

The residential building is planned to build seven residential floors, in which the following types of properties are designed, with exposures: southwest/east, namely:

One-room, one-bedroom apartments (two-room), two-bedroom apartments (three-room).

On the ground floor, two garages facing the street, parking spaces and a medical office are planned. In the basement of the building, a large and functional underground parking lot is designed. The underground parking lot will have a stamped concrete floor with ventilation and lighting according to the project.

The construction of the building is monolithic-reinforced concrete, beamless. The external and internal (distribution) walls will be made of bricks – WIENERBERGER Austria, characterized by a high coefficient of thermal conductivity.

The thermal insulation system of the building will be implemented with a BAUMIT thermal insulation package, with a thickness of 10 cm. together with all putty mixtures and mineral silicone plaster of the French market leader SOFRAMAP. The window frames of the building are planned to be 5-chamber, Germany profile in color according to the project and glazing units with all-weather glass, allowing to maintain the maximum temperature amplitude between the external and internal temperature.

The window sills will be filled with natural stone and all windows will be framed with natural stone, and the railings of the building – a wrought iron detail.

The building will have luxuriously finished common parts (steps and fronts) of natural stone, decorative plaster in corridors, external doors – armored, veneered, noise-thermally insulated, with a cash lock.

A concierge is provided, equipped with video surveillance outlets.

The elevator that will be installed is one of the best in Europe – THYSSENKRUPP – Germany, silent and highly energy efficient.

Electrical and plumbing installations will be implemented according to the project. The facade lighting of the building conveys additional charm and convenience for users.
