The building has a modern architectural vision. As our main goals, we have focused on functionality and convenience for the residents, combined with high-quality materials used in the finishing works.

It consists of a large underground parking lot with perfect access providing parking for all apartments and six above-ground floors.

In the building, we offer you a functional layout and size, respectively, of two-room, three-room and four-room apartments on different floors, which have the possibility of reconstruction and unification. The building’s joinery is planned to be 5-chamber, Germany profile in color according to the project and glazing units with all-weather glass, allowing for the maintenance of a maximum temperature amplitude between the external and internal temperature.

The window sills will be made of natural stone, as well as all windows will be framed with natural stone, and the building’s railings – a wrought iron detail.

The building will have luxuriously finished common parts (steps and fronts) of natural stone, decorative plaster in corridors, external doors – armored, veneered, noise-thermally insulated, with a cash lock.

A concierge is provided, equipped with video surveillance outlets.

The elevator that will be installed is one of the best in Europe – THYSSENKRUPP – Germany, silent and highly energy efficient.

Electrical and plumbing installations will be implemented according to the project. The facade lighting of the building conveys additional charm and comfort for the users.
The walls and ceilings of the apartments will be filled with machine-made lime-cement plaster BAUMIT, finely plastered with satin type plaster and painted with interior paint LICATA Italy.
