Location: the administrative address of the residential building planned for construction is Varna, 29 Petko Todorov Street. Within walking distance of the center and in an area with perfect infrastructure, schools and kindergartens.

The building has a modern architectural vision. The building planned for construction consists of an underground level – intended for parking cars and six above-ground floors, five of which are residential, and the first floor is intended for an office.

In the building we offer you a functional distribution and size, respectively, of two-room, three-room and one-room apartments on different floors, which have the possibility of reconstruction and unification. The apartments are offered in a degree of completion “according to BDS”.

The construction of the building is monolithic-reinforced concrete, beamless. The external and internal (distribution) walls will be made of bricks – WIENERBERGER Austria, characterized by a high coefficient of thermal conductivity.

The thermal insulation system of the building will be implemented with a BAUMIT thermal insulation package, with a thickness of 10 cm. together with all putty mixtures and mineral silicone plaster. The window frames of the building are planned to be 5-chamber, Germany profile in the color of the project and glazing units with all-weather glass, which will help maintain the maximum temperature amplitude between the external and internal temperature.

The window sills will be filled with natural stone, as well as all windows will be framed with natural stone, and the railings of the building – a wrought iron detail.

The building will have luxuriously finished common parts (steps and fronts) of natural stone, decorative plaster in corridors, external doors – armored, veneered, noise-heat insulated, with a cash lock.

A concierge is provided, equipped with video surveillance outlets.

The elevator that will be installed is one of the best in Europe – THYSSENKRUPP – Germany, silent and highly energy efficient.

Electrical and plumbing installations will be implemented according to the project. The facade lighting of the building conveys additional charm and comfort for the users.

The walls and ceilings of the apartments will be filled with machine-made lime-cement plaster BAUMIT, finely puttied with satin type plaster and painted with interior paint LICATA Italy.
