Location: The building is located on the current Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., located between main roads, main road E-70, administrative court, near Varna airport, banks and other large office centers, providing quick and easy access to all points of the city of Varna. The administrative address of the building is 95 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd.
Characteristics: The building planned for construction has eight above-ground floors and one underground floor with a total developed built-up area of 3025.23 sq.m. The main pedestrian and car access is along Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. The main part of the building consists of apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, allowing the unification of different larger apartments in order to achieve the optimal area necessary for the normal use of the respective dwelling.
The ground floor of the building includes commercial and service facilities and has a total built-up area of 350 square meters. Near the main entrance is located information / security, two shops are planned for the lobby, which have an independent entrance, security and service. Access to the upper floors is via an independent staircase and elevator system. A high-speed passenger elevator of the Spanish brand “ORONA” is built to the main staircase. The second floor has an area of 345.80 sq.m. consisting of offices with an area of 38.40 to 345.80 sq.m. of “OPEN SPACE” type, offering quick and easy unification of offices with a larger and smaller area.
The floors from the third to the sixth are typical with a total area of 337.31 sq.m. offering apartments with a guarded area, consisting of one, two and three bedrooms.

A Daikin system has been adopted – Japan for heating and air conditioning / controlled temperature “VRV/ INVERTER”. There is also a fire extinguishing system built in the basement of the building. The following lighting installations have been built: working, on-duty, facade and evacuation. A panel is provided for the lighting control of all corridors, stairs, lobbies and facade at the building’s concierge. The structural wiring includes the construction and installation of access control for the offices, video surveillance, telephone, cable and internet networks.
The electrical cables are of the SBT type, all sockets are of the “schuko” type. broadcast. Externally, the building is mostly glazed with a structural facade of the Greek company “Etem”. The construction of the building is monolithic, beamless with structural washers and vertical reinforced concrete cores. The architecture and execution of the building comply with the requirements for a Class A residential building.
