Location: The building is located on the current Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., located between main roads, main road E-70, administrative court, near Varna airport, banks and other large offices and shopping centers, providing quick and easy access to all points of the city of Varna. Characteristics: The residential building planned for construction has nine above-ground floors and one underground floor with a total developed built-up area of ​​2500 sq.m. The main pedestrian and car access is along Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. The main part of the building consists of apartments with an area of ​​78 to 118 sq.m with the possibility of merging to achieve a larger area, as well as one office floor of the “OPEN SPASE” type.

Each apartment has large and comfortable terraces, from where you could enjoy a wonderful view and feel the charm of this area of ​​the city of Varna.
