Location: the administrative address of the residential building planned for construction is Varna, Mladost district, 161 “Vyara” Str., in an area with good infrastructure, schools and kindergartens, a polyclinic, parks and green areas.

The building has a modern architectural vision. As our main goals, we have focused on functionality and convenience for the residents, combined with high-quality materials used in the finishing works.

It consists of a large underground parking lot with perfect access with a ramp, providing parking for all apartments and six above-ground floors.

In the building, we offer you a functional distribution of two-room and three-room apartments on different floors, which have the possibility of reconstruction and unification. The apartments are offered in a “BDS” degree of completion. The construction of the building is monolithic-reinforced concrete, beamless.

The external and internal (distribution) walls will be made of bricks – WIENERBERGER Austria, characterized by a high coefficient of thermal conductivity.

The thermal insulation system of the building will be made of thermal insulation, 10 cm thick. The window frames of the building are planned to be 5-chamber, Germany profile in the color of the project.

The building will have luxuriously finished common parts (steps and fronts) of natural stone, decorative plaster in corridors, external doors – armored, veneered, noise-thermally insulated, with a cash lock. The elevator that will be installed is one of the best in Europe “ORONA” Spain.
