Residential building on Dragoman Street
The residential building is located in the center of Varna, Dragoman Street No. 39-41. The property has an existing one-story residential building, which is an immovable cultural asset, included in the list of the city of Varna. The project preserves the main dwelling from the old building, preserves the foreground of the silhouette along Dragoman Street.
The project envisages cladding the new part with perforated metal sheet, which creates a neutral background for displaying the NCC building. The facade solution is consistent with the characteristic architectural environment in this part of the city. The joinery is aluminum. The railings are glass and made of triplex. The project provides unobstructed access for people with disabilities. The functional solution of the building is solved in two underground and five above-ground floors.
On the -2 level there are nine parking spaces. On the -1 level there are eight parking spaces, a technical room, a laundry room, a SPA with a male and female changing room, two massage rooms, a sauna, a steam bath and a swimming pool. On the ground floor there are 3 two-room apartments, 1 three-room apartment and a cafe – bar, where the reception of the apartment complex is also located. On the 2nd floor there are 1 two-room and 1 three-room apartment. On the 3rd floor there are 2 one-room apartments, 3 two-room and 1 three-room apartments. On the 4th floor there is a three-room apartment and a roof terrace including an infinity pool, showers and a toilet. On the 5th floor there is a roof terrace with a bar. In the interior design of the building, the common areas and stairs are tiled with matte granite tiles. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are provided with parquet. The bathrooms, toilets and wet rooms are covered with granite tiles. The walls and ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms are covered with latex. Suspended ceilings are provided in all wet rooms and corridors.
