The building has a classic architectural vision. As our main goals, we have focused on functionality and comfort for the residents, combined with high-quality materials used in the finishing work. It consists of an underground parking lot on two levels (minus 1st and minus 2nd level) with perfect access via a car elevator, providing parking for all apartments, and seven above-ground floors. On the ground floor, commercial areas are planned facing Rayko Zhinzifov Street and Kavala Street. The building offers functional layouts and variously sized two-room, three-room and four-room apartments on different floors, with the possibility of reconstruction and unification. The apartments are offered in a degree of completion “according to BDS”.
The construction of the building is monolithic, reinforced concrete, beamless. The external and internal (distribution) walls will be made of WIENERBERGER bricks (Austria), characterized by a high coefficient of thermal insulation.
The thermal insulation system will be implemented with 10 cm thick insulation. The joinery is planned to be 6-chamber, German profile in color according to the project, with glazing units with all-weather glass, allowing to maintain an optimal temperature difference between the external and internal environment.
The window sills will be made of natural stone, as well as the decorative frames around the windows. The parapets of the building will be made of wrought iron.
The common areas will be luxuriously finished – steps and fronts made of natural stone, decorative plaster in the corridors, as well as external doors – armored, veneered, noise and heat insulated, with a cash lock. A concierge with video surveillance outlets is planned. The elevator will be high-class – THYSSENKRUPP (Germany), silent and energy efficient. The electrical and plumbing installations will be implemented according to the project. The facade lighting will add additional charm and comfort to the residents.
